Ms. Miller

My name is Diane Miller and I am so excited to be able to teach EC; K-2  at Bell Fork Elementary School this year! I moved to beautiful North Carolina from New York State. I grew up in New York and lived there my entire life. I fell in love with North Carolina many years ago while visiting a close friend. I had always dreamed of living here. I was happy to finally make my dream come true.

Another dream I had many years ago, was to become a teacher and work with children. I earned my Bachelors' Degree in Regular Education, Special Education and my Masters' Degree in Literacy from Saint Thomas Aquinas College, where my education and experience have helped me to build a foundation to become the best educator that I can be for your child. I hold teaching certificates in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Literacy. I have taught Pre-K, up to grade 12! I have a lot of experience with different grade levels, as well as different abilities. 

I am also a mother with two grown children, and a grandson, and soon to be a grandmother again in a month or two!!
